Sell-side advisor in the selling of printing business to Canorama Ltd
Description of the reference
In April 2025, Lounea Yritysratkaisut Ltd agreed to sell its entire printing business to a new operator, Fikka Software Ltd, which, as a result of the business acquisition, became Canorama Ltd. This is the largest reseller-operated printing business in Finland and also Canon’s largest reseller representation in the country. The business covers nearly half of Finland geographically, including almost 6,000 contracted devices, and going forward, it will operate under the well-known and revived Canorama brand.
We acted as advisor to the seller, Lounea Ltd.
Lounea is a domestic, rapidly growing fiber optic operator. Lounea consists of two business areas: telecommunications infrastructure and ICT solutions. Lounea is a technology leader in the fiber optic market and builds a domestic, ultra-fast fiber optic network that ensures the functionality of the society’s telecommunications infrastructure nationwide.
